Personal Trainer
A personal trainer provides customized fitness guidance and motivation to help clients achieve their health and fitness goals. They create tailored workout plans, demonstrate exercises, and offer ongoing support and accountability. Their emphasis is on improving strength, endurance, and overall fitness in a safe and effective manner.

Todd is excited to be resuming his professional practice and is eager to provide his expertise in musculoskeletal health and rehabilitation to the North Okanagan and Shuswap communities. Todd holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a concentration in Active Health and Rehabilitation from Simon Fraser University (2020). He is also a recent graduate of the Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy program in Vernon (2024). With previous experience in ICBC active rehab programs, WorkSafeBC Return to Work Services, post stroke recovery, long-term care, and strength and conditioning, he is equipped to support individuals in various stages of recovery.
